There have been 31 kills in the last 4 hours, all in Hek. No need to look for a fight. No need to get involved in the politics of alliances and corps. Last evening was great. The red gang were virtually entirely T1 frigs, an AF and a caracal and we were taking on geddons, bc's, stealth bombers, and just anything else that cropped up. No need to spend huge isk here. All good humoured too.
Definitely recommended!
Oh and JOIN RED! Rumour has it that the Blues' bar smells like a Jovian barman's sweaty armpit!

There are no rules of engagement. You do whatever you want, whenever you want. If it ends up 20 on 1 then go down fighting (or run if you can lol) :) Seriously phenomenal fun. This is the most fun I've had in eve since joining in 2004.

And therein lies the problem. I hate to break it to you but you just won't find fights 'sat for hours' in a station!

ive highlighted and underlined the part that you seem to misunderstand
I've underlined AND bolded the part which you seem to be struggling with. Bet you'd have got a fight if you had sat outside the station. It's a subtle difference I know, but trust me, it's a very important one.
